Our Staff

Paul K. Steck, President of Exothermic Molding, worked his way up in the business, starting at the bottom when his family purchased the company from its original owners. 

He gained hands-on experience in the following areas: Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, Industrial Spray Painting, Silk Screening, and Assembly. 

In 1990, Paul purchased the company to become its full-time operating principal. Paul has grown the business with a philosophy of putting people first – including both his employees and his customers. 

He has accelerated the company’s expansion by investing in both staff talent and state-of-the art equipment. 

Paul is a graduate of Cornell University, with a BS degree in Business Administration.

He is a Board member of the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board and has also served on the New Jersey Manufacturing and Technology Association’s Board, as well as the Advanced Manufacturing Advisory Committee.
